Come to Guttormsgaard's arkiv 14-19 of August!

We will shoot an agit-soap episode about the discovery of oil on the Norwegian Continental Shelf in a work week. We are seeking actors; scenographers; photographers; costumeurs; gaffers; lighters; best girls, boys and others; boom operators; caterers; editors, and everyone else who is interested.

**Rose Hammer is an artistic persona consisting of several artists. The group aims to escape the logic of the individual artist, becoming instead a transnational, transgenerational, transdisciplinary persona, an internazionale femme fatale. And she's making a pilot episode of Snake Oil: an agit soap in a workweek. All are welcome, all will be heard, the only requirement is passionate participation.

*agit-prop is an art genre which has as main goal to politically agitate the audience. Soap (opera) is a long-running serial dramatic form meant for radio or TV, characterised by melodrama and complex characters' entanglements. It is typically broadcast during daytime and the target audience are reproductive workers, therefore the soap ads that gave it its name. An agit-soap is a hybrid between these two.
